Software development of autonomous mobile robot, mechanical and electrical/electronic design, and simulation production are all handled directly by iM Robotics. 

Software Development

Among the prerequisites for autonomous mobile robots, we have developed and used the most important self-driving algorithm. In addition, real-time multi-robot control, logistics simulation, and autonomous driving mapping screen can be checked through the control system developed by iM Robotics.

Mechanical Design/Analysis

To accurately determine the precision and allowable weight of autonomous mobile robots and articulated robots, we must conduct an analysis process of the robot's machinery and mechanisms.

Electronic and Electric Design

We directly manufacture and design the electronic circuits that are central to the movement of autonomous mobile robots. A control board is manufactured based on the manufactured circuit, and the control board is tested directly after thorough review through a 3D modeling process.

Simulation

Before providing automation solutions, our company provides solution simulations for autonomous mobile robots and articulated robots. By reflecting the actual robot's work speed, customers can check in advance the solution they need. Through this, customers can improve work efficiency by selecting the optimal robot required for the solution, analyzing cycle time, and predicting production volume.
